JERU OS is a voice-native workspace that helps users manage tasks, projects, calendar events, messages, and connected business workflows. This policy explains what information we collect and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as your name, email address, workspace settings, tasks, projects, approvals, and activity created inside JERU OS. If you connect Google services, we only request access needed to provide the features you enable, such as reading calendar events or preparing email-related actions.

How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the workspace, respond to voice and chat requests, create or update records you ask for, synchronize connected services, improve reliability, and protect the security of the platform.

Google User Data

Google data is used only to provide user-facing JERU OS features requested by the signed-in user. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. Access tokens are stored securely and may be revoked by disconnecting the integration or removing access from your Google account.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with infrastructure providers or APIs required to operate the service, process user commands, or maintain security. These providers are used only for service operation.

Retention and Deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account data or disconnect Google access at any time.
